The whole Elwood scandal seemed to me like it was all ridiculously blown out of proportion. I dunno maybe its weird I wasn't offended by the fact an absolute stranger lied to people on the internet.

Not really. An artist here Named Jessica Elwood was posting photos of a rather voluptuous woman she claimed was her in what was possibly an attempt to attract more viewers. Turned out it was a friend of her's and a bunch of 4chaners hacked her DA account in vengeance.

The whole thing was stupid even by internet standards.
