I liked Eric Blibb, I got a fondness for southern blues, Christ, with as many awesome country songs there are, there's more than enough songs to choose from, but I'd prolly go for Cowboy Singer by Dave Carter [link] Cus the version I prefer is the cover by Lucy Kaplansky and while the lyrics don't match all that well, the theme of young and hopeful and older and more cynical makes me think of apple bloom and AJ, even tough it's mostly fanon on my part.
