Damn, I am a MACHINE tonight. Did one more before bed, everyone's favorite whip-wielding vampire killer, Simon Mutha-F**kin' Belmont!
Simon really got the shaft in the old cartoon, where he was depicted as a blonde-haired, egotistical braggart and a bungler. For a kid who LOVED Castlevania this was simply unacceptable. So, yeah, my version of Simon takes the physique of the old 'toon and combines it with Konami's Belmont designs from Castlevania Chronicles.
As for attitude, I think it would be far more interesting (and funny) if Simon was a total badass that takes himself and his world WAY too seriously as opposed to the "handsome and dumb" Simon of the cartoon. Thoughts?
Anywho, Next (and probably last unless peeps want me to do the other characters) is Princess Lana, Heir to the Kingdom of Video Land.

I never really liked how Simon Belmont in the Cap. N rendition felt like a even more annoying Vanity Smurf.
I guess they didn't wanna go badass on Simon since of that leathery outfit he wears. Unless the basis of it was CV2: Simon's Quest, which I love and hate relationship thanks to the experience system. Only reason I see them basing him on SQ is mainly because he carries more items... but still its the SAME outfit as the first Castlevania game.
