Oh my god. I have even more respect for you that I did already (and I didn't think that was humanly possible). OTL I bow to thee.
Markers. You did this with markers. I am amazed and impressed. And jealous. Never have been able to layer colors correctly with markers yet. (I've been using Prismacolor for the actual colors, though, so that probably makes a difference.) Epic job, as per usual.
And I hate to take up your time, but, any advice for marker users like myself?
Create a marker "Cheat sheet" where you've marked all your colors. You want to make sure they are seperated by Hue & Saturation and then ordered from lightest to darkest. Label them anyway you see fit (I used to write numbers on the caps of mine). Having this sheet will make selecting colors that will blend well and create proper gradients A LOT easier. The one major advantage that Copics have over Prismas is that they already have a handy and logical numbering system.
Beyond that, just experiment with layering colors and learn color theory to help you select the best color combos. Hope this helps. Thanks for the kind words. ^_^
I hope to see Vergil
Well if you are going to draw him
