First in a series of art cards based on the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon from the '80s. I got a lot of folks personally requesting these after I brought them up in a poll last week, so I figured "Oh, what the heck? That toon deserves more love". If you haven't seen it, you should. It's awesome.
This one's Hank the Ranger, leader of the group and my personal favorite of the good guys (Venger takes my pick for fav character, and I promise he will get a card before I'm through). Hank the Ranger [link]
Oh wow! Hank looks really GOOD. Love the bow. I've always been an Eric fan and very neutral towards Hank, but this picture is changing my mind, hahaha... Hank deserves re-evaluation.
The problem with this show was the censorship forced on it. Hank's bow didn't actually shoot to hurt/kill. (And Eric didn't have a sword. He just had a shield.)... That is the one issue, man. The censorship was so extreme and yet it was considered so "violent" at the time... ><
There's an episode where he's forced to betray the team that I think he REALLY shines in. I'm pretty sure it was called "The Traitor" and had Care Bear/Ewok wannabes in it. XD
Right on. I recall both the episodes you're referencing. I should rewatch them, though, as it was a long time ago. (He's so cute here I should give him another chance... haha)
OH MAN!!!!!!!!!! NOW YOU HAVE ME AS GIDDY AS A SCHOOL GIRL AT A JUSTIN BIEBER CONCERT!!!!! this is my fave cartoon series ever after bugs bunny! i even own the DVD boxset! these are your masterpieces of your entire gallery if you ask me!
