Up next in my expansion set of "Lovely Lady Mascot" art cards, we have the Swiss Miss of the Swiss Miss brand of hot cocoa/pudding mixes.

Of course, the mascot herself has not appeared on packages of Swiss Miss in YEARS, I felt as a child of the 80s who loved Swiss Miss pudding pops, I had to include her. Although it uses a lot of mildly stereotypical Swiss imagery, the Swiss Miss brand was actually created by American company (that was founded by a Sicilian immigrant). The brand has changed hands over the years and is currently owned by ConAgra Foods.

Weird personal fact: My high school girlfriend looked a lot like the Swiss Miss, so drawing this brought back some pleasant memories. Good, though oftentimes awkward, times those. :D

Next up: The Chicken of the Sea Mermaid.

Ah yes, I remember her claymation ads from the 60's and 70's.
A white (my TV was B&W in those days so that is an assumption) Swiss Miss figurine comes to life, does her yodel and commences to very kindly pitch her product. Her job done, she dutifully returned to her spot and became a figurine again.

I like your take on her. This one somehow seems less likely to dutifully become inanimate again like her sweet 60's cousin.
